With Special Guests:

Sari Feldman, ALA President

Sari Feldman’s experience in the library profession spans front-line customer service to executive leadership. In her role as executive director of Cuyahoga County Public Library for the past decade, she has transformed the organization into one of the nation’s best and busiest library systems.  Sari Feldman’s compelling agenda for the future of the American Library Association is to persuade policymakers and funders that librarians are crucial participants in the formulation of national information policy that will help provide solutions to the challenges facing the nation.

Andrew Medlar, ALSC President

Andrew Medlar is the Assistant Chief, Technology, Content and Innovation at Chicago Public Library, and the current president of the Association for Library Service to Children, a division of ALA.  From his Presidential statement: "Reaching out—to colleagues, across communities, and beyond libraryland—is vital to our growth, impact, and relevancy as a profession, and ALSC’s robust partnerships and our Diversity in Action work reach out to collaborate with and serve all, while supporting others in doing the same. "

James Ritter, Maine State Librarian

James Ritter was selected by the Maine Library Commission in December 2014 to serve as Maine State Librarian.
